Job Description FT, (4 position) 80 hr/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.
Job Summary:
Provides direct patient care to pediatric through geriatric populations through the intraoperative phase of care preoperative and postoperative phases. Continuously communicates with surgeon and anesthesia provider about patient condition. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Education and/or
Experience Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Washington. Current AHA Healthcare Provider training (BCLS) Previous experience in patient care setting preferred. Knowledgeable regarding the nursing process and its application, including the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Licensure & Certifications Requirements Must have current Washington license as a Registered Nurse or LPN. Must have BLS at hire or within 30 days of employment and ACLS, PALS, and NRP within 6 months of hire.
