We are seeking a passionate, client-focused RN to deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, provide exceptional patient care, and support our clinic's growth. We offer comprehensive hands-on training for aesthetic injections (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.) , making this a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nurse looking to excel in medical aesthetics. Duties & Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:
Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures, including botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, and laser treatments with high precision and patient safety.
IV Therapy:
Administer IV vitamin drips and hydration therapy efficiently and comfortably for clients.
Consultations & Care:
Conduct thorough client consultations, recommend tailored treatment plans, and educate clients on medical-grade skincare products and post-care instructions.
EHR & Documentation:
Utilize Aesthetic Record for seamless appointment charting, clinical documentation, treatment tracking, and inventory management.
Social Media & Engagement:
Active involvement in clinic marketing by creating content, posting on Instagram , sharing before-and-after visuals, and engaging with our online community.
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain strict sanitation standards, infection control, and OSHA/state compliance within all treatment areas.
Requirements & Qualifications License:
Active and unencumbered Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
IV Skills:
Strong IV start skills and proficiency in IV infusion/hydration therapy (Required).
Software:
Familiarity or hands-on experience with Aesthetic Record or similar med spa EMR systems (Preferred).
Language:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (Highly Preferred).
Social Media:
Comfortable creating and managing Instagram content / Reels to promote clinic services.
Experience:
Prior experience in a med spa, dermatology, or cosmetic surgery setting is highly preferred.
