Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Employee Health Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Employee Health team. This role is responsible for supporting employee health and wellness initiatives through health screenings, immunizations, occupational health services, and clinical support for staff members. The ideal candidate will have recent acute care nursing experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous occupational health, employee health, or clinic experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Perform employee health screenings in accordance with established policies and procedures. Conduct occupational health surveillance programs, including Tuberculosis (TB) surveillance, hazardous drug monitoring, lead surveillance, hearing conservation, and other regulatory-required programs. Administer immunizations and support employee vaccination initiatives. Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records in compliance with organizational, federal, state, and local regulations. Assess employees for work-related illnesses and injuries and provide appropriate recommendations, education, and follow-up care. Assist with return-to-work processes, fit-for-duty evaluations, and occupational health clearances. Provide health education and wellness counseling to employees on workplace health and safety topics. Collaborate with Employee Health providers, Human Resources, leadership teams, and other departments to support employee health and safety initiatives. Participate in employee wellness, safety, and prevention programs. Support additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Recent nursing experience in an acute care setting. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Previous Occupational Health, Employee Health, Urgent Care, or Clinic experience. Experience administering immunizations and conducting employee health screenings. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, occupational health standards, and workplace safety programs. Ideal Candidate Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to employee health, safety, and wellness. Dedicated to providing exceptional clinical support while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay:
$45.00 - $65.00 per hour
