Full Job Description Role Overview:

An experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse is sought for a travel nursing position in Seattle, WA. The role involves providing specialized critical care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced environment Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments and medications Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations Document patient information accurately and promptly

Qualifications & Skills:

Active and unencumbered state nursing license Minimum of 2 years current ICU experience Strong critical thinking and clinical skills Ability to work night shifts (3×12-hour nights) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
