The RN Critical Care ICU will practice within a s mall community hospital featuring more than 50 beds and Level III Trauma Center capabilities. The intensive care unit supports critically ill medical, surgical, and trauma patients requiring vigilant assessment and rapid intervention. Advanced equipment, streamlined clinical protocols, and close interdisciplinary communication help the Intensive Care Unit RN deliver safe, high-quality care. The intimate hospital setting combines personalized patient relationships with the clinical resources needed to manage complex critical care cases. The Critical Care Registered Nurse will report to experienced nursing leadership and receive support from charge nurses, providers, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other skilled healthcare professionals. Core responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, medication administration, hemodynamic monitoring, emergency response, care planning, and clear clinical documentation.
