Category Schools - RN Nurse Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful role as a Registered Nurse supporting students from preschool through young adulthood. A dedicated RN is needed immediately through June 11, 2027 for a part-time, contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 academic year. This position requires versatility, compassion, and the ability to provide expert nursing care across a broad age range—from 3 to 22 years old. Qualifications:
Current RN licensure and certification required Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric settings strongly preferred Comfortable serving individuals across all age groups, from early childhood to transition-aged students Capable of independent decision-making, excellent communication, and adaptability Available to work varying shifts between 6am and 4pm, as operational needs dictate
Role Overview:
Deliver comprehensive health services, including routine care, first aid, and emergency response Manage care plans for students with chronic conditions Maintain accurate student health records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student wellness Serve as a health resource for staff, students, and families
