A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering high-quality, compassionate care to oncology patients Applying your nursing training to support patient recovery and comfort Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols Participating in ongoing education and specialty residency programs if applicable Qualifications and skills required: Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire American Heart Association BLS certification At least 1 year of acute care experience or completion of a specialty residency at the facility Additional information: Full-time role with multiple shift options On-site work location Competitive pay range of $41.88 - $77.48 per hour, with potential for additional incentives Comprehensive benefits supporting professional growth, health, and well-being Our organization values diversity, inclusion, and a culture of mutual respect, committed to serving vulnerable populations and advancing best practices in healthcare.Benefits
