What You'll Do Independently manage in-home infusion visits Perform comprehensive patient assessments Start and maintain peripheral IVs, including difficult sticks Access and manage PICCs, ports, and central lines Administer IVIG, biologics, antibiotics, hydration, and specialty infusions Monitor for adverse reactions and troubleshoot complications (infiltration, occlusion, pump alarms, hypersensitivity reactions) Provide thorough patient and caregiver education Complete accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and clinical leadership What You Bring Active Idaho State RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home infusion or home health preferred) Strong peripheral IV skills (required) Experience with central lines, ports, and PICCs Confidence working independently in the home setting Excellent communication and patient education skills BLS certification Preferred (Highly Valued) Home infusion experience CRNI and/or IG certification +$4/hour premium for one certification +$10/hour premium for both certifications Experience with IVIG, biologics, and specialty medications Why Magenta Care?
