The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse who can deliver excellent clinical care while helping build a loyal patient panel and contribute to the continued growth of Harmony. What You Will Do Patient Care and Clinical Excellence Conduct comprehensive facial and aesthetic assessments and develop individualized, patient-centered plans. Provide aesthetic treatments within RN scope, training, demonstrated competency, and Harmony protocols, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and vitamin injections. Educate patients about realistic outcomes, alternatives, risks, treatment sequencing, skincare, and pre- and post-treatment instructions. Document consultations, treatments, lot information, informed consent, photos, follow-up, and patient communication accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record. Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse events, urgent concerns, and treatment complications; escalate care according to policy and scope of practice. Complete timely follow-up, support continuity of care, and take ownership of the patient experience and resolution of concerns. Patient Relationships and Practice Growth Build and maintain an active patient panel through excellent outcomes, trust, education, rebooking, retention, and professional outreach. Recommend services and products ethically and confidently when they support the patient's goals and care plan. Reconnect with patients who are due for care, have canceled, or have not returned, in coordination with the Harmony team. Participate in patient events, model recruitment, community relationships, and approved marketing initiatives. Be comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to educational and promotional social media content consistent with Harmony's brand and policies. Team Contribution and Professional Growth Collaborate respectfully with clinical and administrative team members and communicate clearly about patient needs, schedules, supplies, and follow-up. Maintain current knowledge of Harmony services, pricing, timelines, contraindications, and pre- and post-care requirements. Seek feedback, apply coaching, and participate in ongoing education, skills development, meetings, and competency reviews. Remain flexible as services, technology, policies, schedules, and practice priorities evolve. Help maintain a clean, organized, stocked, professional, and inspection-ready clinical environment. Complete other clinical, operational, and special-project duties appropriate to the role. Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse license. Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification. At least one year of hands-on aesthetic injection experience, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers; two years is strongly preferred. Completion of recognized didactic and hands-on aesthetic injection training. Demonstrated commitment to recent continuing education in aesthetics and patient safety. Strong assessment, documentation, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, protect confidentiality, and remain composed in a fast-paced clinical setting. Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Camas, Washington. Preferred Experience Two or more years as an aesthetic nurse injector in a medical spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, or related setting. Training or experience with biostimulators, Kybella, PRF treatments, PDO threads, IV therapy, blood draws, and vitamin or wellness services. Experience using an electronic medical record, patient photography, scheduling and point-of-sale systems, and digital communication tools. Experience building a patient following, supporting events, creating educational content, or contributing to ethical sales and retail goals. Comfort with Instagram, Facebook, short-form video, and Canva or similar content tools. How Success Will Be Measured Consistently safe care, complete documentation, and adherence to protocols. Patient satisfaction, retention, rebooking, and growth of an engaged patient panel. Reliable follow-through, timely communication, and ownership of patient needs. Contribution to team goals, practice initiatives, continuing education, and a positive workplace culture. Schedule and Work Expectations Per diem or part-time position with the opportunity to increase hours as the patient schedule grows. Shifts may range from approximately four to ten hours based on patient and practice needs. Availability may include Monday through Saturday, with Saturdays scheduled as needed. Occasional travel may be required for training, education, or conferences. This is an in-person clinical role; consistent punctuality, attendance, and schedule reliability are essential. Compensation and Benefits Current anticipated compensation is $48-55 per hour, based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, schedule availability, and role fit, plus eligible retail commission and performance-based incentives. Final compensation and benefit eligibility will be confirmed in the offer and applicable Harmony policies. Annual education allowance after 1 year of employment and opportunities for continued training. Malpractice insurance coverage for services performed on behalf of Harmony.
