What we are looking for:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing School. Current RN licensure in the state of Washington, with preferred certifications in

ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, CEN

based on department requirements. Ideally, candidates will have at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Hours and Compensation:

Full-time positions available. Clinic settings include 8am-5pm hours, while other roles involve 12-hour shifts (see specific details below). Hourly pay for staff RN positions ranges from $42.39 to $80.60, and for clinic settings, it ranges from $38.16 to $69.32 based on experience and qualifications. Incentives include shift differentials for evenings ($2.75/hr), nights ($4/hr), and weekends ($3.75/hr). A comprehensive benefits package is provided, including relocation assistance (up to $5,000) and sign-on bonuses (up to $15,000).

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care within the scope of your licensure and in accordance with established standards of practice. Collaborate with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
