This is an exciting opportunity for an RN who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, patient relationships, and delivering beautiful, natural-looking results. The right candidate will perform aesthetic injectable treatments such as neurotoxins and dermal fillers , while also providing a full array of advanced aesthetic and wellness services, including body sculpting, chemical peels, radio frequency microneedling, PRP treatments, skin rejuvenation services, and Vitamin IV therapies . Key Responsibilities The Aesthetic Nurse Injector / Registered Nurse will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, patient education, follow-up care, and support the overall growth and reputation of the Yakima clinic.
Responsibilities include:
Perform personalized aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans Administer neurotoxin treatments and dermal fillers within scope of practice and clinic protocols Perform or support additional aesthetic and wellness services, including body sculpting, chemical peels, radio frequency microneedling, PRP treatments, skin rejuvenation services, and Vitamin IV therapies Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care instructions, maintenance plans, and complementary services Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through trust, communication, follow-up, and excellent care Deliver a polished, professional, and luxury-level patient experience Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Follow clinic protocols, compliance standards, infection control standards, and safety procedures Collaborate with providers, leadership, and team members to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes Support patient retention, treatment plan completion, and appropriate service recommendations Participate in community outreach, patient education, events, and brand-building opportunities when needed Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused clinic culture Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, confident with patient care, and excited to grow in a high-quality aesthetics and wellness environment. We are especially interested in candidates who are: Passionate about aesthetic nursing, injectables, wellness, and patient confidence Confident performing or eager to continue advancing in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments Comfortable with patient consultations and treatment planning Warm, polished, professional, and relationship-driven with patients Excellent at educating patients without being pushy Motivated to grow personally, professionally, and clinically Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with documentation, compliance, safety, and follow-up Excited to help grow the Yakima clinic and build a loyal patient base Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State in good standing Experience or strong interest in aesthetic nursing, injectables, med spa services, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or women's health Experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and patient education preferred Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills Passion for delivering excellent care and beautiful patient outcomes Ability to follow protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently when needed Familiarity with EMR systems and patient engagement tools preferred Professional appearance, attitude, and communication style Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical care, and clinical excellence Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, wellness, or women's health Established comfort with aesthetic consultations and injectable treatment planning Experience with
PRP, PDO
