Professional Case Management seeks an RN Clinical Research nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home care to clients with complex medical needs while supporting clinical research activities. Responsibilities Deliver in-home nursing care to clients with complex medical needs. Support and implement clinical research protocols and study procedures. Obtain and document informed consent per regulatory standards. Monitor, assess, and document patient status and study data in EMR systems. Administer medications, treatments, and infusions per orders and protocols. Identify, document, and report adverse events and protocol deviations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and study participation. Maintain compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and all regulatory requirements. Participate in training, quality initiatives, and professional development.
