Job Description
Professional Case Management seeks an RN Clinical Research nurse to deliver compassionate, in-home care to clients with complex medical needs while supporting clinical research activities. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards. You will coordinate study procedures, obtain informed consent, and monitor patient safety and outcomes. Responsibilities Deliver in-home nursing care to clients with complex medical needs. Support and implement clinical research protocols and study procedures. Obtain and document informed consent per regulatory standards. Monitor, assess, and document patient status and study data in EMR systems. Administer medications, treatments, and infusions per orders and protocols. Identify, document, and report adverse events and protocol deviations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care. Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and study participation. Maintain compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and all regulatory requirements. Participate in training, quality initiatives, and professional development.
