Job Description

Beloit Health System is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our team in our Device Checks clinic as part of our Cardiovascular Services team. In this specialized role, you will help ensure the safe and effective functioning of implanted cardiac devices, providing expert assessments, patient education, and ongoing support. Cardiology - Device Checks This Registered Nurse Clinic in the Device Checks Clinic will provide nursing care for patients as part of our Cardiology Team in our Device Checks Department. This RN will need specialty knowledge of implanted cardiac devices. If you are passionate about heart health and patient care, then this is the Registered Nurse opportunity for you.
The Registered Nurse Clinic :
Assists provider with procedures and provides necessary nursing care and procedures as necessary Demonstrates the ability to navigate and perform functions accurately and efficiently with computer software applications Receives and handles telephone calls to department Administers and maintains current medications Assists with placement, education, and monitoring of cardiac devices Strictly adheres to infection control procedures including body substance isolation and bloodborne pathogen precautions
Job Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN degree acceptable. State of Wisconsin nursing licensure, compact license or temporary permit required. (If a compact license, application for a State of Wisconsin nursing license must be initiated in no more than 30 days from start date). Must be CPR certified within 3 months of hire. Knowledge of implanted cardiac devices helpful, but willing to train. Apply today to join our team!
