Our practice provides personalized care in sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and anti-aging treatments for both men and women. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans involving sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and anti-aging care. Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests; review patient histories; and use relevant clinical tools to guide treatment decisions. Provide expert guidance on treatment options, particularly in hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, and metabolic support. Educate patients about lifestyle changes, preventive care, and ongoing health management to support sustainable wellness goals. Maintain exceptional standards of clinical care and patient service consistent with VidaVital Medical's concierge model. Practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Wisconsin license as one of the following: Nurse Practitioner Medical Doctor (MD) Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Relevant clinical experience and the ability to practice independently within the scope of the applicable Wisconsin license. Experience in a concierge, private, wellness, or similar medical setting is preferred. Experience or a strong interest in sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and anti-aging therapies is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
