Nurse Practitioner, Physician (MD), or Osteopathic Physician (DO) Please note: We are not considering Physician Assistants (PAs) for this position at this time. Applicants must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO in Wisconsin. About VidaVital Medical VidaVital Medical is a premier concierge medical practice specializing in innovative health and wellness services. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner, Medical Doctor, or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine to join our growing team as an independent practitioner. Our practice provides personalized care in sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and anti-aging treatments for both men and women. At VidaVital Medical, we empower patients to achieve optimal wellness at every stage of life. Our concierge medical offices offer a luxurious, highly personalized patient experience in which every individual receives attentive and comprehensive care. Using advanced treatments and techniques, we focus on restoring vitality, enhancing sexual wellness, supporting healthy weight management, and addressing the effects of aging. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans involving sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and anti-aging care. Order, perform, and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests; review patient histories; and use relevant clinical tools to guide treatment decisions. Provide expert guidance on treatment options, particularly in hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, and metabolic support. Educate patients about lifestyle changes, preventive care, and ongoing health management to support sustainable wellness goals. Maintain exceptional standards of clinical care and patient service consistent with VidaVital Medical's concierge model. Practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with applicable professional and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Wisconsin license as one of the following: Nurse Practitioner Medical Doctor (MD) Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Relevant clinical experience and the ability to practice independently within the scope of the applicable Wisconsin license. Experience in a concierge, private, wellness, or similar medical setting is preferred. Experience or a strong interest in sexual health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and anti-aging therapies is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail. This opening is limited to Nurse Practitioners, MDs, and DOs. Physician Assistants are not being considered for this position at this time. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
