Part-time to Full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE (20 to 40 hours per week) P.M. shift position, limited weekends and a holiday rotation

Role Responsibilities:

Applicants will provide the highest quality of care for all residents along with treating residents with dignity and respect while maintaining their confidentiality and resident rights Will work as a direct care provider and will oversee other nursing services staff as is required Will work with physicians, nursing staff and other ancillary staff professionals to provide high quality care for patients

Qualifications:

Candidates must have an Associates Degree in Nursing or a Bachelors degree from an accredited school Candidates must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin or be completing their licensing soon Must be CPR certified or completed within 90 days of employment Prior nursing services experiences are preferred, but not required Prior experience in a long term care setting is very beneficial Prior experience using Point Click Care is beneficial but not required

Employment Bonus:

This position is eligible for "up to a $5,000.00 Employment Bonus" which is prorated based on the FTE. Bonus payments will be made based on the FTE schedule below: 1.0 FTE $5,000 .9 FTE $4,500 .8 FTE $4,000 .7 FTE $3,500 .6 FTE $3,000 .5 FTE $2,500 The Employment Bonus will be paid out at set times during the first 3 years of employment in 6 separate equal installments. Those respective bonus payments will be made at the following periods: after completion of 6 months, 1 year, 18 months, 2 years, 30 months and a final payment at the 3-year anniversary. This Employment Bonus will be paid for eligible nursing positions who are hired at a .5 FTE employment status or greater. Candidates must continue to be employed at a .5 FTE status or greater at the time each of the bonus payments are eligible to be distributed.
