Role Responsibilities:

Will be responsible for assessing the needs of each patient assigned Planning the nursing care and then following through with that care plan Care for the patient includes the evaluation of the spiritual, emotional and physiological needs Will also provide the oversight of subordinate personnel in the care of the patients Continued interest in professional growth through continuing education, in-services, participation in professional organizations, and involvement in health promotional activities

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Must be licensed and hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin or in the process of becoming licensed Current BLS certification ACLS certification preferred Prior clinical experience is preferred, but not essential The ideal candidate will be willing to cross train to other nursing departments to assist as needed Outstanding verbal and written communications Prior EPIC knowledge is beneficial
