Full TimePart Time:
$39.50 - $45.25/hour based on experienceshift differentials
Per Diem:

RN Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification Long-term care experience preferred Basic computer skills, including electronic health records systems Ability to push/pull up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
What You'll Do:
Safely administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility standards Use the nursing process to assess residents, evaluate care plans, and make updates as needed Support and guide LPNs in clinical assessments and care planning Document resident information accurately and communicate changes promptly to the care team, residents, and families Participating in admissions and readmissions, including clinical assessments and initial care planning Ensuring compliance with care plans and maintaining high standards of documentation and accountability Why Join Three Pillars?
