Qualifications:

Active Wisconsin RN license (or compact multistate license) Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred Strong clinical assessment and triage skills Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients presenting with a wide variety of emergency conditions Conduct rapid, accurate triage and prioritize patient care needs Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff for optimal outcomes Document patient information efficiently and accurately Support and educate patients and families throughout the care process Maintain compliance with facility and regulatory protocols
