Role:

Provide direct patient care , including administering medications, wound care, and treatments Assess and monitor patient condition , identifying and reporting changes to ensure timely interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records , adhering to regulatory standards and facility policies Participate in quality improvement initiatives , contributing to the enhancement of our patient care services
