Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.
Job Summary Oasis Healthcare is an innovative healthcare clinic located in Grafton, WI caring for patients from illness to wellness. We are building a healthcare ecosystem to care for patients across the lifespan and through the continuum of health. We are expanding our aesthetics clinical line and seeking a candidate to grow with us. This is a newly created position — you would be our first dedicated aesthetics provider, building this service line from the ground up rather than stepping into an established practice.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow into women's health, HRT, and wellness care as the role develops. Compensation Hourly plus productivity bonus. Base hourly rate is guaranteed for the first 6 months, independent of productivity bonus performance, while the service line builds volume.

Work with the Oasis Healthcare management team in the development of treatment protocol, policies. Ability to quickly learn our products and procedures available to our patients and learn new products, techniques, or equipment as they are obtained. Participate in both in- and off-site marketing events and development. Perform other medical and office tasks as needed. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and physical examinations, to determine suitability for various treatments. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-procedure care, and potential risks to foster informed decision-making. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient's aesthetic goals. Skilled and experience with ordering and managing PIV insertion and management of IV fluid Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic standards. Manage patient follow-ups to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure optimal results. Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training. BLS certified Requirements Licensed APRN in WI Active DEA license Active prescriptive authority Eligible for independent practice in the state of Wisconsin as of 09-2026 preferred Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred. Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other therapies. Manage any adverse outcomes including in clinic management or referral to specialist and emergency care if necessary Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to cosmetic treatments. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as for documentation purposes. Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to educate and build trust effectively. Experience working within collaborative practice agreements and understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA and DEA regulations for injectable medications. 2+ years aesthetics experience minimum, 5+ years preferred Interest in women's health, HRT preferred
