Practice Details:
- Join a well-established, collaborative team of physicians and APP's
- Outpatient-focused position with the option to incorporate inpatient and nursing home rounding
- Average patient volume of just 14 patients per day
- Flexible scheduling options include a 3 or 4-day work week
- ED shifts available if interested
- Newly remodeled clinic with 3 exam rooms per provider and 2 procedure rooms

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary guarantee range between $310,000 - $350,000
- Comprehensive benefits package includes a $50,000 sign-on, insurance, retirement, and more
