- Perform a variety of medical treatments, such as administering medications, changing dressings, and providing wound care.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Develop individualized care plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and aides, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
Requirements:
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
