Join our Inpatient Dialysis team as a Registered Nurse and provide specialized care to hospitalized patients with kidney disease. In this role, you'll deliver renal dialysis in a fast-paced acute care setting, monitor patient response to treatment, and collaborate closely with the care team to support safe, high-quality outcomes. This position offers the chance to use your clinical skills while building meaningful connections with patients during an important part of their care journey.
What you will do:
0.9 FTE = 72 hours/every two weeks Work rotation of 12 hours day shifts (6:00 am to 6:30PM) and 12-hour evening shifts (11:30am to 12:00 am) Every 3rd weekend, includes a Saturday shift in house (AM or PM) and a Sunday call shift Occasional midnight to 2am call following PM shift Occasional weeknight call is assigned between 2 am until 6:00 am (prior to a scheduled day shift). ​ What you will get: $38.96/hour + more based on years of experience Top-notch benefits: 401(k) with matching, paid time off, competitive health insurance, wellness programs to keep you and your family healthy, tuition reimbursement, and more Career Growth/CDC - Growth opportunities and access to Emplify Health's Career Development Center to help you navigate your career What you need: Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
