Required Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active) Strong clinical assessment and critical-care decision-making skills Adaptability and demonstrated ability to work productively in new settings Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive, high-quality care to ICU patients Monitor, assess, and document patient progress accurately Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement interventions Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and families regarding procedures and care plans Follow hospital protocols and participate in unit meetings
