Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intermediate or progressive care Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and progress Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond promptly and appropriately Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other clinical indicators Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic medical records Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery Support safe discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements for the
