Key Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Wisconsin (or compact eligible) Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting Expertise in ventilator management, critical medication administration, and rapid response protocols Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred) Adaptable team player with excellent interpersonal skills
