• Skills required: o Mostly in-basket management - strong communication skills and able to work independently, able to work under pressure, clinic prep, coordinate care from outpatient to inpatient back to outpatient for follow up. Placing order, nurse triage (including e-messaging), placing referrals, provide patient education, med rec, verifying surgery clearance with other specialties (cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, etc..) coordinate with other clinics for surgery clearance.
