Weekend Rotation:
Weekend rotation: every third weekend (may potentially be pulled off weekend to support staffing needs during the week)
Holiday Requirements:
every other holiday
Floating Requirements :
Could float to an area with ICU patients (holding area) If not needed, could potentially float to Kenosha. Would only float to ICU

General Information Beds:

Experience:
2 years First-time traveler: Yes for day shift. For night, prefer travel experience, but will consider with several years experience
Patient Types:
General ICU, Stroke, Sepsis, Pneumonia, post-surgical, CRRT.
No ECMO Patient Ratios:
1:2 up to 1:3 if patient is stepdown level
Required Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Skills required Experience with above patient types, experience with general ICU skills, art lines, cardiac and other critical drips, vents, bipaps, trachs, codes Support on the
Unit:
1-2 CNAs for unit, depending on census Charge nurse: reduced patient assignment

yes 24/7 Intensivist on site 0700-1900, 7 days a week.
