Long-Term Care (LTC)•Nursing Home travel assignment Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents, communicating significant changes in condition promptly to physicians and families Complete applicable resident assessments and document findings thoroughly Administer medications following the 5 Rights and maintain accurate medication records Perform wound care and other treatments as prescribed; monitor residents for changes in condition Support CNAs by assisting with call lights and coordinating on-the-floor care Maintain accurate charting and ensure compliance with policies; escalate concerns as needed to leadership Assume leadership on the floor when needed, directing care and coordinating interdisciplinary team activities
