Job Description
Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in emergency care as an experienced Registered Nurse with expertise in the ER setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a dynamic emergency department. You'll collaborate with a skilled team to deliver prompt, effective interventions while ensuring safety and comfort for every patient.
Schedule/Hours:
12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 36 hours per week Every other weekend rotation Rotating holidays No on-call or call back requirementsQualifications/Experience:
Active RN license with a focus in Emergency Room care Minimum of one year recent experience as an ER RN preferred Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills Ability to remain effective and compassionate in high-pressure situations Current BLS and ACLS certifications; additional ER-specific certifications a plusKey Responsibilities:
Perform rapid and accurate patient assessments in an emergency environment Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care thoroughly Educate patients and families with empathy during crisis situations Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols Participate in weekend and holiday rotations to ensure continuous coverageBenefits/Perks:
