Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 36 hours per week Every other weekend rotation Rotating holidays No on-call or call back requirements

Qualifications/Experience:

Active RN license with a focus in Emergency Room care Minimum of one year recent experience as an ER RN preferred Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills Ability to remain effective and compassionate in high-pressure situations Current BLS and ACLS certifications; additional ER-specific certifications a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rapid and accurate patient assessments in an emergency environment Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care thoroughly Educate patients and families with empathy during crisis situations Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols Participate in weekend and holiday rotations to ensure continuous coverage
