As a RN at Sparta Family Medicine Clinic, you'll play a key role in supporting patient care for individuals and families across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics. Family Medicine offers the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while caring for a broad range of needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and patient education. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with providers and care team members to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive clinic environment. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a team that values connection, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference in the community.
What you will do:
Fulfill 64 hours per two weeks=0.8 FTE Work Monday-Friday between 7:45 and 4:30pm (45 minutes for lunch!), occasional coverage until 5pm on a scheduled basis Practice Love+Medicine by performing telephone triage (phone and in-person), quality work with hypertension & diabetes, wound care, INR management & Medicare Annual Wellness Visits What you will get: Starting pay of $31.98/hour + more for experience!
