Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:30

AM Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is preferred.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at

Program:

Staffency Program - ProHealth Care. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

Experience with indwelling drain removal and PICC line care/dressing changes required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.

Unit Details:

Ortho/Neuro unit. Nurse-patient ratio 1:6, 1:7 after 2300.

Shift & Scheduling:

Every other weekend. Holiday rotation. 2026 holidays: Memorial Day (NOC 5/24), Thanksgiving (NOC 11/25), Christmas Eve (NOC 12/24), New Year's Day (NOC 1/1). No call. Hours are not assured the week of orientation; weekly hours may vary during holidays when the unit is closed.

Floating Requirements:

Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and other like units as needed. Floating is based on census; employee should not be asked to work outside clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and SimpliFi. 9 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years 1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months Proof of identification required
