Qualifications & Experience:

Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications (such as PALS or TNCC) are a plus Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills Ability to function efficiently in urgent and high-pressure situations Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients in the ER, determining necessary care pathways Implement physician orders and provide direct emergency nursing care Continuously monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, effective patient care Provide clear communication and emotional support to patients and their families Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in medical records Adhere to all safety, infection control, and ER protocols
