Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse Shift
  • Night shifts (7p
  • 7a), with every other weekend. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse
  • Medical/Surgical to join our healthcare team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Work effectively with patients with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Current BLS certification At least 5 years of RN experience Previous experience in a medical/surgical setting is required. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
