Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (unrestricted) Minimum of 1-2 years recent ICU experience BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress clinical situations
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess critically ill patients Administer medications, treatments, and life-saving interventions Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams Accurately document patient status and care activities Provide family education and emotional support Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
