                  ASAP Requirements
                  • Active and unrestricted West Virginia RN license
                  • Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
                  • Current BLS certification required
                  • Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
                  • Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance Responsibilities
                  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents
                  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
                  • Monitor, assess, and report changes in patient condition
                  • Develop and assist with resident care plans
                  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
                  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
                  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
