About the Surgical Team The Operating Room includes seven fully equipped procedure rooms , with each room staffed by a circulator and two surgical technologists to support safe, efficient patient care. The team supports a broad range of surgical specialties, including: Orthopedic and orthopedic trauma Sports medicine General surgery Gynecology Vascular surgery Podiatry Spine procedures Robotic/Da Vinci procedures Trauma Urology The OR supports both inpatient and outpatient procedures , providing nurses with an engaging and diverse clinical environment. As a Surgical Registered Nurse, you will: Perform accurate and thorough patient assessments and identify individual patient needs. Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings. Provide age

•and condition-appropriate nursing care. Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans. Maintain timely, accurate, and complete medical documentation. Ensure documentation appropriately supports medical necessity and continuity of care. Collaborate closely with surgeons, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, and other members of the care team. Promote a safe, compassionate, and efficient patient experience throughout the surgical process.

Required:

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program. At least one year of surgery/Operating Room experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six months of hire.

Preferred:

ASLS certification. Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Experience working in a fast-paced surgical or hospital environment.
