What You'll Be Doing:

Qualifications:

Active RN license (unrestricted) At least 1 year of recent RN experience in home health settings Demonstrated OASIS documentation proficiency (required) Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred) Ability to maintain a structured, full-time schedule and meet daily patient visit requirements Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
