What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate and provide high-quality resident care Supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure best practices Develop and implement individualized care plans Support residents' emotional and physical well-being Communicate with families and interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:

Active RN license in West Virginia CPR/BLS Certification Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred Team player, strong communicator, and a heart for seniors Salary/ Wage Range Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. -Sign-On Bonuses are paid in addition to wages quarterly for 1 year Your next shift could change a life.
