Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care to our patients in the safety and comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for our residentsDevelop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teamAdminister medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and document patient progress, identifying and reporting changes in conditionCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team membersParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfactionCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of
WyomingMinimum Years of Experience:
0 years (new graduates welcome to apply)Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
