Wyoming Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health for a 13-week travel contract. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, primarily serving communities within the local coverage area. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience providing compassionate, independent patient care in a home health setting. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Assess patient conditions and develop/implement appropriate care plans. Manage primarily basic medical and orthopedic cases. Provide wound care as needed. Communicate with patients, families, providers, and other members of the care team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.Pay:
$2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per weekExperience:
