In this vital role, you will provide expert patient care across diverse medical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical procedures, assessments, and treatments, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills and enthusiasm will be valued and nurtured. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform treatment plans. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and long-term care strategies tailored to individual needs. Provide emergency response interventions in urgent situations such as acute pain episodes or trauma cases within Level I or Level II trauma centers. Support specialized care areas including hospice & palliative medicine, memory care, behavioral health, and geriatrics with expert knowledge and compassionate attention. Experience working in diverse settings such as hospitals (including ICU, emergency room, trauma centers), outpatient clinics, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care environments. Familiarity with specialized treatments including botulinum toxin therapy, dialysis procedures, ostomy care, mammography support services, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus. Ability to handle complex cases involving critical care transport, occupational health issues like workers' compensation law compliance, or acute care scenarios requiring rapid assessment and intervention. Join us to be part of a vibrant healthcare community where your expertise fuels exceptional patient outcomes! We are committed to supporting your professional growth through ongoing training in areas like trauma medicine, infectious disease care, pediatric nursing—including neonatal ventilator management—and dementia or Alzheimer's care. Your dedication will help us deliver top-tier medical-surgical services while fostering a caring environment rooted in respect and excellence.
