Job Description
We are looking for an upbeat, energetic, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills to add to our amazing Front Desk team! One year minimum experience in a medical setting, in ophthalmology/optometry preferred (or equivalent customer service experience). You will be responsible for greeting all patients, obtaining and documenting all demographic and insurance information, answering phones, triaging calls, scheduling appointments, checking out patients and collecting payments. Basic understanding of insurance helpful. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 with a 1/2 hour lunch. We offer a full benefit package which includes Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay (9 holidays), 401k, health/dental insurance, and many other perks!
