High School graduate or GED equivalent Excellent communication and keyboarding skills Displays ability to prioritize and organize tasks Considerable knowledge of healthcare registration procedures, medical terminology and diagnostic procedures, and insurance certification requirementsResponsibilities:
Communicates with customers and/or health care professionals to gather personal, demographic, financial, insurance and equipment information required to complete registration for outpatient, inpatient or equipment services, medical records, and insurance certification, verification, and billing/claim submission.
