Job Description

Job Summary Join our Team! We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and motivated professionals to join our Adult Outpatient Services Team. Our Adult Outpatient Staff provide both individual and group therapy, case management, and mentoring services in our Day Treatment Program. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, alongside well-defined time management, scheduling, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy with adults in an outpatient setting. Provide instruction/education to seriously mentally ill adults in a structured Day Treatment Program, (individual and group). Complete documentation for services provided via electronic record. Write treatment plans with consumers including long term goals and interventions. Provide case management services to seriously mentally ill and/or substance using adults who are currently or have been previously hospitalized and/or in the jail systems. Linkage with community resources and support services. Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; licensure or certification as required by state law. Must be able to utilize an electronic health record for documentation/informational purposes. Must have a current unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record along with dependable transportation.
Pay:
$12.00 - $21.00 per hour
