We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will join our billing team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is attentive to detail, has strong problem solving skills, and takes pride in their everyday tasks and responsibilities. Our team members must be skilled in active listening, abile to multi-task, have exceptional phone etiquette, and be able to work proficiently independently and within the team. Primary responsibilities of this position can include: verifying insurance benefits, follow organizational practices to make the collections process run smoothly, troubleshoot errors in claims submissions, correspond with patients, providers and payers relating to billing and credentialing matters, post payments, oversee patient accounts, answer billing-related questions, proactively create solutions for billing situations, and assist with a variety of other billing related tasks.
