About us Jones Medical Supply, LLC is Pike County's only locally owned provider of Durable Medical Squipment. We've been in business for more than 21 years and provide home medidcal equipment to all of our neighboring counties. We are looking for an intake coordinator / customer service representative who can coordinate referrals, answer calls, verify insurance, complete sales orders within the Brightree system, schedule deliveries and other duties as they arise. This individual needs to be a team player, have the ability to work well with others and be able to multi task. Knowledge of HCPCS, Brightree system and Medicare LCD's preferred but not required.

Greet everyone who enters Answer calls Verify insurance Coordinate deliveries / pickups Instruct on proper use of equipment Other duties as requested
