Key Responsibilities:

Be the friendly and welcoming voice of our clinic by answering calls with enthusiasm and professionalism. Schedule patients and coordinate appointments with efficiency and a positive attitude. Assist with insurance authorizations , ensuring smooth and seamless interactions. Maintain accurate records in our EMR system and handle office tasks with great attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service , making patients feel valued and at ease throughout their experience.

Qualifications:

Must be patient-focused, friendly , and enjoy interacting with people. Must have an understanding of referrals, ICD10, CPT codes and insurance benefits. Attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of EMR systems and medical office software. Quick learner who enjoys a challenging and rewarding role. Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
