ASAP Imaging is seeking a Patient Access Representative/Technologist Assistant to join our brand-new outpatient imaging center. This role combines patient registration, scheduling, customer service, front office support, and clinical assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients while working as part of a collaborative healthcare team. As one of our founding team members, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our culture, influence how we care for patients, and grow alongside an exciting new organization. If you're looking for more than just another front office position, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our imaging center. Register patients, verify demographic, insurance, and billing information, and maintain accurate medical records while protecting patient privacy. Schedule appointments, answer incoming calls, confirm upcoming visits, and communicate effectively with patients, physician offices, and team members. Collect patient payments, process insurance information, and support daily administrative operations.   • and post-exam education, answer questions, and help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.
Assist technologists and radiologists by preparing exam rooms, maintaining patient flow, cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, and supporting imaging procedures. Perform peripheral IV insertions after completing required training and competency validation in accordance with company policy. Monitor patient flow and communicate delays or schedule changes to patients and the clinical team. Collaborate across departments to ensure an efficient, organized, and patient-centered experience. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement.
