Full-Time About the Position We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and motivated Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our established dental practice as we move into our brand-new location on Lake Pleasant Road . Although this is a new office location , we are an established and growing dental practice with an existing patient base and experienced team. Our practice currently has 3 doctors and 3 hygienists , and we are excited to bring our team and patients into our new location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dental front-office experience who wants to grow with an established practice while being part of an exciting new location. Training Training will take place at our current Phoenix location: 13821 N. 35th Drive, Phoenix, AZ After training, the position will be based at our new office: 26425 N. Lake Pleasant Road, Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments Coordinate patient treatment and follow-up Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Present treatment plans and discuss financial options Handle patient check-in and check-out Answer phones and assist patients with questions Maintain accurate patient records Process payments and assist with billing and collections Coordinate insurance information and referrals Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, and the dental team Help maintain an organized and efficient front office Provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental front-office experience is preferred. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Dental scheduling Insurance verification and benefits Treatment coordination Treatment presentation Dental billing and collections Patient check-in/check-out Dental software Financial discussions Patient communication General dental front-office operations The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, personable, and comfortable working in a busy dental practice.
